Yes, we ship Internationally. However, please be advised that you may be charged import duties and/or taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Due to the personalized nature of our products it's not possible to return product for a refund. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at My Cartoon Gallery. Therefore, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order due to production deficiencies, or possibly the placement of your child within a character you've chosen, then we will strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please keep in mind that it remains up to the artist's discretion as to how and where the subjects face is placed within our characters and we do our absolute best with the image you provide. Please note that all returns must have an authorization number before being accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package merchandise authorized for return.
