How does one redeem a Gift Certificate?

When you place your order simply follow the steps to the payment area where you can choose 'Gift Certificate'. Enter the Certificate number and submit your order.   

How do you ship your products?

We ship worldwide exclusively with Canada Post. They have proven to the most cost-effective and reliable in our weight class.

How soon after I order will I receive My Cartoon Gallery items?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, your order will arrive within the time outlined in our Shipping Table  Due to the personalized nature of our products and some orders being more involved than others, we may require additional time to ensure all products meet our high standard of quality.

I see that some personalized products only allow up to 3 children. What if I have 4 or more children I want to include?

We would recommend ordering additional products to include all of your children. The reason we accommodate up to 3 children maximum is because the characters must be reduced too small beyond that number, which in turn compromises the quality of our products.

HELP! I just sent my order and realized I made a mistake on the spelling in my caption. What do I do?

Simply send us an email on the Contact Us page including your name and order confirmation number. Let us know what changes you want made and we will make the corrections. Please send it as quickly as possible to catch us before your order is completed.

What if there is a mistake with my order?

We diligently process orders with the information you provide us. However, if you receive your order and are unhappy for any reason please refer to Our Return Policy for details on receiving a return authorization number. We will then correct the mistake and replace the item - no questions asked!

How are your products personalized?

All of My Cartoon Gallery personalized products incorporate your children’s digital photographs with our Gallery’s Cartoon Characters. We even invite you to create and submit captions with your order. The process itself is very magical and highly Top Secret!

When creating captions can I use foreign characters?

Yes. By holding down the 'Alt' key and typing in the corresponding number (on the 10 key pad only) the accented letter can be inserted into your text.

We would prefer to leave that up to you because you know what would compliment your cartoon and decor better than us.

Does My Cartoon Gallery offer custom work?   

No, unfortunately. The Gallery is forever working on new products while maintaining existing products. However, please feel free to suggest any ideas you would like to see added to the exhibits because that's why we're called ... My Cartoon Gallery!
